Mustang Summer Lager is the quintessential beer to grab after a day of getting your hands dirty in the hot summer sun. It’s relatively forthright presentation is desirable at that moment. It has a light amber appearance with light head that doesn’t hang around too long. Malts and grass are detectable to the nose. A carbonated grainy tartness proceeds a back identified with malt, biscuit, and touch of caramel.
