“Around these parts, we know the meaning of the word weather. From extreme heat to bone-chilling cold, we get it all – including more than our fair share of big-time storms. And while we prefer to stay in and sip on a tasty brew when things get nasty, there’s a brave and slightly crazy breed of Free Stater out there who loves chasing bad weather in the name of science or just common curiosity. That’s why we crafted this bright, hoppy IPA in their honor. If you’re up for an adventure, a Stormchaser is the perfect companion.“
This deep amber beer produces a stimulating fragrance merging floral hops, pine, sweet malt, and citrus despite the meager head. A caramel malty base is dominated, but not overpowered, by a muscular hoppy tartness. The medium body and elevated carbonation create a crisp invigorating experience.
