“An unfiltered witbier with hints of citrus & coriander. This “partly cloudy” ale features slight citrus and spicy aromas complemented by mild sweet pilsner and wheat malt tastes. Our friends in Belgium would be proud of us.”
Plum Island Belgian White emits a muddy peach color with a pleasing grapefruit and pine nut aroma. This well balanced summer beer has a semi-sweet yet nonchalant introduction. The character develops toward the middle where wheat is more prevalent and hints of coriander and orange emerge. Plum Island’s mild light-bodied physique is defined by subtle well positioned flavors.
This summer beer is perfect for the pool or beach and will pair nicely with many different foods.
