Leavenworth Whistling Pig emits a dark orange color with a good steady head and a nice sweet bready wheat aroma. The draw introduces a modest tartness infused with light wheat flavor. Whistling Pig has a medium body with moderate carbonation and finishes with sweet bready malt.
Whistling Pig is a nice seasonal hefeweizen. The beer doesn’t really have any ultra unique qualities that set it apart from others of the same style, yet it is still a very drinkable summer beer.
