Apollo Summer Kristallweizen

Apollo is aptly named after the Greek god of light and the sun. During the summer months Apollo is certainly at full strength. Apollo, the beer, is a perfect refresher for this type of weather. Apollo is light amber in color and greets you with a fresh bouquet of floral, citrus, and grassy notes. Sampling reveals a neutral yet mildly sharp front which transitions into a more flavorful wheat with a hint of orange. The close is a defined crisp sharp tartness. Apollo seemingly has different levels which keeps interest while remaining very composed.
Simply put, Apollo Kristallweizen is spectacular.
